The 2-1-1 Resource Guide for 2008-2009 is being printed and United Way is taking pre-orders on this new edition. It has over 600 pages of valuable information about resources and services in the Chattanooga region.
You can save $5 off the full purchase price of $35 by pre-ordering and paying for your guides before March 1. You can also save an additional $2.50 per guide by ordering 10 or more on the same order, even past the pre-order discount deadline.
Linked is an invoice you can fill out and send back to us with a check, purchase order or credit card information for your copies of the Resource Guide. Your payment must be received before we can release any guides.
Because these are really big guides, we encourage you to pick them up from our downtown office at 630 Market Street or from the Gifts in Kind warehouse at 2200 North Chamberlain Avenue. If this is not possible, we will ship the guide(s) to you at a rate of $6.95 for the first copy and $4 for each additional copy in the same order (shipping for 11 guides would cost $46.95). If you want us to mail the guide(s) to you, complete the shipping field in the invoice and include the extra amount with your payment.
To receive the pre-order discount, your payment must be postmarked by Friday, February 29! If you are paying by credit card, you can e-mail the completed form back to us on or before February 29. Purchase orders may also be e-mailed along with the purchase order information, but the guides will not be released until payment is received. If the purchase order is still outstanding after 30 days, your cost will revert to the full purchase price. However, any discount for 10 or more guides will still apply.
