“OPENING DOORS TO VOLUNTEERS WITH DISABILITIES”

 

FREE TRAINING WORKSHOPS for Human Resource Managers, Administrators, Department Heads and Volunteer Coordinators within nonprofit organizations, government departments and for-profit businesses

 

Managers, HR Departments and recruiters can learn how to:

  • Increase awareness and understanding of the needs and abilities of persons with disabilities
  • Create an accessible and inclusive environment for persons with disabilities
  • Effectively utilize persons with disabilities in the workplace, both as volunteers and employees

Workshop days, dates and times:

 

Thursday, April 30, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday, May 20, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Thursday, June 11, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

 

All training will be held at Chattanooga Housing Authority,
