We know what happens in a child’s early years matters—for success in life and for school readiness. Yet many parents and caregivers don’t know exactly what actions to take to prepare young children for school, or feel like they don’t have time to do what’s needed.
In Chattanooga, we've made tremendous progress in early childhood development locally through resources provided through Project Ready for School. To enhance and advance the PRFS message, United Way and its partners are launching an unprecedented public engagement campaign called Born Learning. Through advertising, parent education materials and community impact, the Born Learning campaign will help parents, caregivers, and communities in the Greater Chattanooga Area take action to provide quality early learning for young children.
